    BC's top mountie apologizes for RCMP's handling of Pickton case

    1/27/2012 The top mountie in British Columbia has officially apologized for the RCMP's failure to catch serial killer Robert Pickton sooner.

    Assistant Commissioner Craig Callens says it is now clear more could have been done to arrest Pickton before 2002.
