    Criminal escape artist nabbed again

    Stephane Martin Bissonnette WINNIPEG - An inmate who escaped from hospital has been accused of robbing two banks while he was on the lam.

    As was first reported by QMI Agency, Stephane Martin Bissonnette, 29, was arrested Thursday afternoon in connection with two bank hold-ups that occurred earlier in the day.
